QuoteDandelionPowderman Quotegimme_shelter Quotealimente Exaltation - Stones Greatest Leftovers well worth a search or two, has Godzi, Panama Powder Room and other great stuff. Yes, yes, great one. Too bad it is only available on 8-track in fair mono. Irony, or didn't anyone bother to transfer it to a different format? Fake title. It doesn't exist. First mentioned in a book ca

Some Girls - I was totally thrilled by the LP. The songs, the production, the cover. After the lame B&B it was a huge surprise and I urged all my friends to share that great experience. Then came Garden State 78 and it was fantastic too. I played it non-stop for weeks. I still love both albums.

My favourite tour. I was totaly blown away by the Garden State boot. I had never thought that they are able to come back that way after the lame '76 concerts.

Quoteerad I've got this on double vinyl, Blind Date I think it's called. I have it too. Later it was released as a soundboard 2CD under the same title on TSP if I remember correctly. Stanley Clarke's solo on Am I Grooving You is absolutely stunning.

QuotePlink ^^^ Your daughter wears it well (and your shirt is very cool, too). How nice that she's a Stones fan and you can enjoy the fantastic experience of a live Stones gig together Thanks Plink, her first gig was the August 13, 2007 concert in Düsseldorf. It was like a dream coming true to me - taking my daughter to a Rolling Stones concert. That was the night before she was gettin

QuotePlink Subcategory: Keef in a Keef tee, 1981-2 No one wears 'em better! Based on the photos I've seen here (copied below), plus a few more I found on Getty, KR had several versions of the t-shirt design shown below and wore them at least 11 shows in '81-2. Love the fact that he's still carrying on the tradition to this day w/ the CF Davinki Keef tees by Red

Quotemuenke The video on YouTube is blocked over here in Germany. Usually this is a good sign concerning an official release ... Yes, YouTube Germany says "the content belongs to Eagle Rock" and that sounds really promising to me.

A little bit OT: I listened to the King Crimson Hyde Park concert as opening act for the Stones recently and it is pretty amazing. It's part of the In The Court of The Crimson King Deluxe Box set. This box made me a fan of the band.

Quotemr_djaI seem to remember a story (from the '90's?) of Keith ordering a drink called "A Toolbox" which he said was "A screwdriver (vodka & orange juice) with extra vodka". That scene? Keith ordered a toolkit - screwdriver - "and put the hammer in" on the plane to Toronto in 2003 (Four Flicks).
