I suppose it's the same as audience recordings of shows with soundboard releases. It's probably the actual performance that's copyrighted anyway. Even so, with written/printed material there's some fair use thing where a small percentage can be quoted without infringing the copyright. Although I think it amounts to a fairly small percentage that you're allowed to us

I am planning on uploading falo's LA75 4 DVD set to the Stonesvault, but I've lost the original artwork. I doctored it to fit my smaller cases and would like the proper one to include in the upload if anyone has it.

I have a premium membership with FileFactory and I do sometimes have the problems you mention. I find that the servers go offline occasionally but are usually back within a few minutes. And I find that the downloads can be a bit slow sometimes, but not very often. Both things only seem to occur for me in the evening (i'm in UK). But overall I find it pretty good. It's very usef

My DVD/HDD recorder won't record copy-protected material. It won't even record the Sky Box Office Preview. Also, E! (on Sky) doesn't seem to be broadcasting the Pre-Show Special.
