FS: Landover pit single at face value

I have one single pit (PIT1) ticket for Landover MD.
$608.75 cost which is what I paid from Ticketmaster after fees.
I currently have it listed on StubHub, but they add huge fees on top of the price. I would be willing to pull the StubHub listing down and sell it direct, at cost.
It's a Mobile ticket, which means I would transfer it from my TM account to yours.
Let me know if you're interested. I am an honest seller. Not a scam artist.
