I' m not sure what you' re doing. The 'normal' way is to open them (to fully size with a left click) and have a right click on the image to save it on your PC somewhere in a folder or on the desktop.
After that you can print them out with (maybe) Nero Cover Designer.
That' s it. No more secrets.
