Here's a programme that convert FLAC to WAV.

Do a google for the latest version of Winamp, it's freeware & will play most formats including flac. It's my default player & I'm pretty picky.....

foobar2000 is even easier for playback of flac-files but you can use it for conversion to wav as well.
