This session was recorded to interest the record labels. Produced and engineered by Glyn Johns. He had a day job at the studio and was Ian Stewarts flatmate. Session date 3-11-63. The BBC Studios audition took place 4-23-63 and included "I'm Movin On" and "I'm A Hog For You Baby" and deemed unsuitable. Bass played by Ricky Brown and drums by Carlo Little because Wyman,Watts and Stewart could not participate because it was a weekday(Tues) and they had jobs! Info from IORR(Karnbach-Beanson) pp218-219 . BBC also considered Jagger to sound "too colored"!!!

So who are the bass players and drummers on this recording? Little and Brown, or Watts and Wyman?
And how did you get it?

Watts and Wyman are the bass and drums as this was NOT a BBC audition. The Stones bought the tapes back from IBC. The first boot of this was out by the early 70s on TMOQ label.
