The site where I found this disc didn't have complete artwork. All they had was a front cover that could be used, but not the back, with track listings, etc. The site is: rare-n-vintage.blogspot.com (This link isn't activated--sorry, but I don't know how to do that, yet--so you'll have to type it into the search engine.). If I come across any artwork anywhere else, I'll let you know.
