Tumbling 07.

JJF is in fact from sept 23. The copy you have must be Lyon. Listen to the commentator and see if he mentions Lyon. I don't remember, as I edited the comments out. Let me know what you found.

I'm sure Vancouver will post the whole concert for you.

No.......see the copy I have is the one that vancouver posted. He posted the whole concert a few weeks ago and that's the one I have.......so if the JJF he posted is the same one you have, then we have the same show. Mine has HTW and SFM though.

How nice, maybe Vancouver will post these 2 for me when he has the time, but there's no commentator...

well to be honest, I haven't got a chance to listen to the whole thing all the way through........I know when I was flipping thru the tracks, I did hear a commentator near the end of the disc........actually I think I might have that show on my computer still.......gimme a minute and I'll check...

Tumbling 07

Thanks, that one is from Sept 22, Vancouver added it up to make a whole concert.

I have been looking for my copy of Lyon but I don't find it, but I'll search through my tapes and Erik will buy me a drink when I find it

well here's SFM anywayz.....
[download.yousendit.com]

so basically.....the version of the 9/23/70 show that I have is comprized of the 9/23 up til HTW??? and then HTW and SFM are from 9/22/70???

if that's the case I guess that explains the announcer

Erik,

I found the tape!

Lyon 3 October 1970

tracks: Roll Over Beethoven
Love in vain
Dead Flowers
Midnight Rambler (part)
Let it Rock
Little Queenie
HTW
SFM

The tape volume is very low, I remember I worked with it to enhance it but it's not very good. I wonder what I did with the cdr. I'll play the tape tomorrow and listen to the commentator, whose comments I will send to you ha ha

But I haven't got the "comment-version" of Paris. Only the Shake Your Hips version. So I can't confirm, if I read these comments only.
I'd have to hear a song, or something like that.

Two speculations on Lyons recordings from www.printmark.se/stones:

Lyon, Palais des Sports 3.10 1970
( Probably NOT Lyon, more like Paris 1970 collection )

1. Jumpin' Jack Flash

2. Roll Over Beethoven

3. Sympathy For The Devil

4. Stray Cat Blues

5. Love In Vain

6. Prodigal Son

7. Dead Flowers

8. Midnight Rambler

9. Live With Me

10. Let It Rock

11. Little Queenie

12. Honky Tonk Women

13. Street Fighting Man

Missing: Brown Sugar

Lyon, Palais Des Sports 3.10 1970 - CDr
( Most probably Berlin 16.9 1970 )

1. Jumping Jack Flash

2. Roll Over Beethoven

3. Sympathy For The Devil

4. Stray Cat Blues

5. Love In Vain

6. Prodigal Son

7. Dead Flowers

8. Midnight Rambler

9. Live With Me

10. Let It Rock

11. Little Queenie

12. Honky Tonk Women

13. Street Fighting Man
