rapidshare

more than 100MB. f.ex. my upload Giants - 2 files - 136 & 137 MB.
and if file is downloaded - no time limits. file is deleted after 1 week without downloading.

it's all about yousendit IMO. Senspace takes too damn long!! ...as you can't dwnload more than 1song at a time.

When I see a post via sendspace, I know it's gonna be a long night. Who wants to spend a hour+ to get one show? Pain in the ass.

The major prob with YSI is that the first 25 guys get the file, everyone else misses out. This happens with the popular posts such as Glasgow & the '89 monitor mixes.

I know what you mean, that said, I'd suggest to upload only one packed file like rar, zip, or whatever.
then it 's ok to deal with sendspace - only handeling one file and takeing the advantage of 300 MB upload.

also, everyone should get familiar with packer programs, imo.
it saves a lot of time uploading AND downloading.
Kream and others have shown some free links about this and answered questions how to use them.
If there still are some questions, don't be shy, step up and ask.

IMO Send Space and Rapid Share services has become more of pay services,looking at up- and downlading limitations of the so called 'free' up/downloader hosts. because of that limitations i can't use them.

megaupload is very OK to up- and downloaders.

just looked at the Gigasize site: as far as i can read it looks very interesting, but i don't have used it, yet. it's very worth a try, it seems.

no reason to fight, just my opinion!

I guess thats the name of the game.
all "free" hosters have pay service options, but they want to get a foot in the door.
Once you're used to one you might oblige to pay for their services.
The other leg is advertisement and collecting valid email addresses.
the more users they have, the ad costs will go up.

we have the opportunity to shop around and use the hoster that fits our need.
thats how this thread is meant to be read.

There's a site called badongo.com that I've downloaded from. It seems to work similar to rapidshare.

I can't upload more than 1 file at once, I get this message:
"Please upgrade to a YouSendIt Plus or higher account to send more than one file at a time."

Do you have a premium account? That would be the most likely reason, I guess.
