Here's some animated mouse cursors in a zip-file
[s53.yousendit.com]
uncompress the files into C:\WINDOWS\CURSORS\
The goto control panel -> MOUSE -> Pointers.
Then select your new files
Busy = TON2JD.ani (color) or GTONJD.ani (b/w)
Working in Background = TONGUEJD.ani (color) or GTONJD2.ani (b/w)
