It's my all-time favourite Norwegian band, Depress. From their 1981 album. The singer is from Poland. They ended in the early/mid 80s.

It's from a session at the famous RCA Studios, LA, August 1978.
They also did The Harder THey Come and Where The Boys Go (+14 more).
Available on The Harder They Come (IMP). Very loose session, a bit like a rehearsal.
