If the files are on RapidShare just click on the "Free" button and then you will be taken to a page with a 65 sec countdown. After that just write in the letters that are shown in the small image next to the download button and then click the button. If you want to download another file, you'll have to wait a bit. For example, if the file you downloaded is 56 MB you have to wait 56 minutes.
