The error message tells me to wait until the download is ready. I waited several times for the link but it was never ready.

Parts 2 and 3 are downloading without any issues.

I had the same problem. It seems that FF has trouble loading that particular file.

It eventually worked for me, after I waited a couple of extra minutes after the timer expired.
