This has to go down as one of the more obscure and difficult to interpret questions on IORR. Perhaps the writer might like to restate his mater in clearer terms. Asking a friend for assistance might help.
That's the point, well... his point. He'd better learn that there are things that are officially stated and things that can't be publically shared simply because there are no official statements - obviously things they don't want the public to know. Private reasons, so to speak.
Jumping and bopping around at the Oscars, hopefully that's alleviated some of your concerns ;-)
