It's "kleerly" a compressed to death (61 kb/sec) copy of a very compressed (128 kb/sec) DIY mix that you can find here:

This guys channel is the worst. He just spams these identical to official or known bootleg songs labeled as (improved sound) (new mix) (mick taylor channel higher in mix) and they are so horribly lossy and bad sounding. Anyone with an ear can instantly hear the compression, idk how he cant upload at least proper quality recordings at least. Boomer moment
