Mick TAYLOR
1986 North American tour.
24th July - 22nd August:
(around 30 shows in less than a month!)
This new series is dedicated to a really special tour of Mick Taylor because it was his first with his own band, as a headliner and not as a band member. It is also special because, perhaps under the influence of singer and bassist Roger Troy, it contains a great variety of songs not played on any other tours.
Thanks to those who recorded and shared their recordings and to nzb for his irreplaceable help.

For this concert we have several versions coming from the same recording: some incomplete (4), others misdated and attributed to East Lansing, MI (2).
The most complete recording, with a good sound and a complete spectrum, seems to come from Dime from the taper himself (sorry I don't have the link, nor the name of the person who made it: see the 'doc' file for the original comments).
In reference to the other versions and the previous volume, this recording ran a little slow and had to be accelerated by +5.5%. The total duration is 79'57 but one should be able to burn it on a single cd-r!
I re-centered the sound a little more (phase) which is also slightly amplified and I reworked the transitions between the titles so that they start with the songs (at least when there was no cut between the titles).
