Stop, who makes the best recording, every Rolling Stones recording is important to us
via YT nice the one who made a recording of the tour. Don't beat yourselves up, we just like
we only like the Rolling Stones, bad or good recordings we love them all.
Why argue about the last tour. Are you as old as them (Mick Jagger)? One day they won't give a concert anymore !!!
Bolded the key statement. And it's a totally fair one for you and number of other individuals. I'm a bit of a snob and won't listen to what I consider poor sounding recordings--but hey, that's just me.
I do think you, and others, would prefer better sounding recordings than poor sounding recordings. Setting aside the rhetoric, it would be good to see more folks follow the spirit of no stone unturned's original post about getting into taping. No Stone Unturned showed off a picture of his rig, which include mics + recorder + ald + IEM pack. It would be a net benefit for more folks on this board to follow his lead and try taping. More than willing to talk shop about taping rigs in this thread if folks have qestions.
And yes, I know it's not always in the cards for everybody. That's ok too.
