I download every source availabe (like most people I guess) and then listen to them all and keep the best. So far, Rskinno's have proved to be the best available except Houston where I preferred CaptainAcid's.
The Little tendies (don't touch me) New Orleans show was much improved by rsk's efforts. The original was dull and muffled compared to rsk's. (I've already said I didn't agree with him going against the tapers's wishes, nevertheless, he did improve it.....(imo...
Given that, I'm starting to think rsk is being stallked and bullied on this forum.

I do not say that rskinno's remasters sound bad. But if the tapers' wish is not to remaster and he does it nevertheless, the tapers will not share their recordings anymore and we have nothing. So a shared recording not remastered by him would be better than nothing at all. Just my opinion.
And that "remastering" is basically nothing else than equalizing the recording. Something that everyone could do himself quite easily.

As you can see above, I made that point myself and agree with you on that (even though it did sound better)...but there are some tapers who have stated here they don't mind their stuff being altered but then others (Holier than thou types) are coming in from the side and trashing rsk and trying to lay down their laws on recordings that are none of their business ....

Common courtesy is someone asks the tapers whether or not they mind before posting a remaster. The taper who posted the LittleTendies recording cannot post here but is well know and easy to ask. He was not asked where it was posted. Rskinno is also not transparent about what he does and put out a remaster of EdTyre's Philly recording a couple years ago and did not disclose it was a remaster. People downloaded the recording thinking it was Ed's recording and then contacted Ed to see if there was a problem with his gear. That and posting lossy stuff upsampled to Wav files is just not done. If it's a lossy source no reason to send out bloated lossy wave files. None of that really matters to some but most tapers are showing their feelings about it by keeping their recordings in a small circle. I guess you consider that holier than thou. Go enjoy your skinnoed recordings, I will listen to stuff that sounds good.

As I've said now three times, I agreed with you and wirdedallnight about 'remastering' stuff when specifically asked not to, if only because it reduces the amount of stuff available.....the rest of it, you seem to be a bit of a control freak. Who says it's not on, why is anyone obliged to comply with your sentiments about anything that doesn't involve your recordings? They're not.
As for rsk stuff versus yours, I've got quite a few of yours already, they are ok, some are quite enjoyable in fact but as there are some perfectly adequate alternates around I'm not going to cry about not having them and am certainly not going to metaphorically 'blow you' to get some more. F that for a game of conkers, as we say here in good ole blighty.
"Holier than thou"....I think I might have been too generous there. I honestly think you may be a love child of DJT, the way you have latched on to rsk like a corgi on a cow's heel banging on with the same old crap for literally years. "Nobody's ever seen anything like it"....
For someone who's into records (even if they are stolen records of other people's creativity from sneaking round pop concerts, you sure could do with changing yours. It is effing tedious beyond words and as far as rsk goes, I honestly think it's borderline psychotic. I take my leave. Ciao.

You speak out of both sides of your mouth and are way way off base with that DJT comment. It sure seems like you are butthurt you can't always get what you want but with rsk you get what you need.

Well, are here some people acting like a little child, or is it toys for boys?
@ daspyknows; for the second time my question to you; will you be so kind to respond to me? Thanks in advance!

This is all very sad and the fair Stones fan has to suffer because of it, dear daspyknows. I only want to listen to a good sounded gig from the current US tour.
I need it only for private use.

Hello,
Is it possible this is still on the table?? I would love the complete show for my own personal listening. Please let me know!!
Thank you.

Thank you so much!!!
I agree, Daspy's work is remarkable, and so is the song picked. That was the one I'd been waiting for all tour. I've listened to Daspy's remaster several times already.

Daspy, would you be more keen to share if it was sent privately? Your mix of Rambler is the best I have heard, and I was at the show. It's better than it was live.
