1978/1981 Atlanta TV Coverage Clips

Found a handful of interesting clips from the 78 and 81 shows in Atlanta, from the University of Georgia's archive of vintage WSB-TV tapes. I edited the relevant clips and titled them according to the broadcast dates in the info notes. I don't have as much awareness about circulating footage for post-72 shows, but it doesn't look like anyone else has either show clips online. WSB-TV was/is an ABC affiliate, so the story about the mail in lottery and the footage from Philadelphia come from them.

Thank you. It turns out that they had already called themselves "cockroaches" in 1978. This is their alias.

I've hunted for the '81 Fox Theater show but never found anything good.

I know Michael Halsband, the tour photographer was there photographing. Much of Michael's photos are not marked where they are from. Now from this extremely rare video clip, I can see what the Stones wore that night which will help identify the photos.

I will upload Atlanta-81 mono soundboard soon i have cleaned the sound,it was muddy towards end of the recording.

Atlanta-78 i have shared before but i was thinking i´ll upload it again even the quality is after working rather bad.
