Given the state of PA's still in 1966, and that the show was played to a half-filled arena, I am guessing that any audience recording is a big echo, lol.
The Buffalo newspapers of the time ran articles about the lack of interest or enthusiasm for tickets for the show, and the sparse crowd - questioning if the could be the 'last time' for the Stones. The bad was a thing of the past. I think the papers may have been wrong.
Is there any audio software that can compare songs? This would allow to check if a son a on a "new" boot is just a copy of an existing boot. Or if a song that sys Buffalo coul be Honolulu. Sometimes it's difficult to "hear" little deviations.
This is definitively the Honolulu show. Somebody ruined the recording by playing it too fast and making an "audience recording" of it by playing it through a watering can or something...
