She Was Hot / I Think I"m Going Mad question (singles 1971-2006)

I recently bought "The Singles 1971-2006" box set. And my CD did have the skip on "I Think I'm Going Mad". So, I purchased a "corrected replacement disc" on Ebay, however the replacement disc also had an error (the beginning of track#2 "I Think I'm Going Made" is cut off - because part of it was at the end of track#1).

My question is did they ever issue a 3rd version (replacement CD) with "I Think I'm Going Mad" fully corrected?? Or did they only issue the replacement CD with the track start time error?

If there is a fixed version of the CD where could I find a copy for sale?

If you got one with matrix
Matrix: 06025 275 978-3 01 * 52739105 [Universal logo x 4]
SID Mould Code: IFPI 0116 (barely seen on the hub)
SID Mastering Code: IFPI LV26
MADE IN GERMANY BY EDC A
There will be an error with cue point. INDEX 01 04:44:73. I.e. the first track is a bit longer than needed and includes the first bits of the second track.

Here is visual

There was another replacement disc that was corrected properly.
It can be recognized by matrix number 06025 275 978-3 01 + 52760164 [Universal
logo x 4]
MADE IN GERMANY BY EDC A
(sorry, I do not know Mould IFPI code, it should be like IFPI 01** here * - numbers that correspond to particular molding machine at the pressing plant).
Mastering code is IFPI LV27

The only way to get one - search ebay and ask sellers for matrix numbers. I believe, Universal does not support replacement discs anymore.

Ha, I never noticed that the track on my replacement disc is complete, only the cue point is wrong. I always thought the beginning of the track is missing because I skipped to the 2nd track!

Yeap.
You can rip the disc using EAC as an image. And correct a line in cue file using notepad like
INDEX 01 04:43:50
Now burn the image to the CD-R using Burrrn! using corrected cue file and you are done winking smiley

Thanks for the very detailed CD hub info! I'm going to try to hunt down a corrected copy.

The manufacturing mistake is so upsetting because "I Think I'm Going Mad" is one of my favorite Stones songs of all time, probably in my top 30.

I could try EAC, but I don't have much experience with stuff like that.
