CONFIRMED AUD FOR
JULY 9TH 1975

[wetransfer.com]

It´s the "American Tour 75" vinyl. File name says "Smoking Stones", so I´m not sure what the source is. Both vinyls contain the same recording.
Also not sure who did the transfer. Most of the amazing vinyl transfers are done by silkcut so I guess he did this one too but I´m not sure.

Hi Falo!
Many thanks for that one.
Just one question: according to your set list, there should be 8 tracks on CD one: after Star Star, we should find 1975.07.09 The Forum, Inglewood, CA American Tour 75 (vinyl) KABC-TV Newscast.
Is this KABC-TV Newscast missing or was it a mistake done by the bootlegers?
Anyway, thanks a lot!
Cheers
Hervé

Thanks whiskey - so the VJ-R art is correct - YOU did the vinyl transfer - thanks!

From my notes it looks like silkcut did the vinyl transfer for CVBS 043 "L.A.Fog" TMOQ 2LP which looks to be an exact copy of this one (but it has the newscast after Star Star, not before Angie like this one)

I copied the tracklist of the bootleg from another source,
so maybe details about the newscast clips on the boot could be wrong.

No, I did not do the transfer. I sent the double vinyl to Urbansteel and asked him if he could clean it up,he passed it on to someone else that could do a good job,I think it was Silkcut but my memory is not so good these days in my 70s and I am sure ErikSnow did the artwork. My apologies to them if I have it wrong, and Urbansteel has the transfer and the vinyl I think.

Thanks for sharing your vinyl. Do you happen to remember - was it the "Smokin' Stones" 2LP source, the American Tour 75 Vol 1&2 source, or the "L.A. Fog" TMOQ 2LP source? They all seem to be identical.

The original release is "American Tour 75 Vol 1&2" - matrix : (#1RS75-A/2)(#2RS75-1/2)

"L.A. Fog" is a COPY of the above release. matrix : 8207-A/B // 8208-A/B

"Smoking Stones" is a re-release of "American Tour 75 Vol 1&2" - same matrix numbers

edit - sorry for mistake
