This has been discussed before, this is a FAKE.

They've taken the first instrumental section with harmonica & the solo guitar part & spliced them together to form a fake instrumental. Listen to the original, there is NO harmonica in the verses when Mick is singing.

To prove this I have just spent half an hour doing exactly that but with the original recording so quality is as good as. I've pasted up two verses, one guitar solo, one verse & finally the harmonica solo & ending. I've made sure to include this info in the metadata so there will be no misunderstanding in the future.

Thankfully there aren't that many Stones outfakes.

One day I'm going to get on my high-horse about the Satisfaction instrumental that I'm convinced is a folded-down stereo mix & has been fooling us for years. Check out the faint "Hey hey hey", if it's a true instrumental that should NOT be there. Nor should the fade-out.
