entire show from ottawa, ontario, canada on 28 aug 2005 will be out on cd shortly...both boston shows circulate.....east hartford, 26 aug 05 not out yet...toronto club show i think is out on dvd, but no audio cd....press NYC press conf. & show from 10 may 2005 circulates on cd/dvd...detroit coming soon...
