Hi Chris, I've had the message "Buffer underun activated - burn process failed". I think the last time I got that the files were 24 bit. Are these 24 bit too?..............

An easy (and free) software is Wavosaur ( [www.wavosaur.com] )
First convert from flac to wav.
Open Wavosaur,
In "tools" choose "Batch processor", then in pop-up choose Source and destination directories, then in "function" choose "convert to 16 bits, hit start and wait until the program has finished converting. Open the destination folder and there are your 16 bit files.

You can do that with the free software "Format Factory".

Strange, I checked my 16 bit wav files and they are 48 KHz, but they do play in VLC (I didn't try to burn on CD).

Strange...
I downloaded that software AFTER you asked how to convert from 24 to 16 and used it myself for the first time and over here it's working.
The resulting wav files play normal....

for gapless playing in foobar, go to
* file - preferences - output
* set values as shown in the picture:

Sure, I'll post the link in my first post as "16 Bit version", and will make a post here when it's ready. (the file is, but I'm just going to do a quick check of all files before making the rar file and upload)

Downloading now,,,,,Cheers Chris (& J.b) although I'm still a bit nervous about this as I downloaded two of JBs tracks to test and my Nero crashed & froze up completely, I had to restart my PC. (I did check by burning another show and that was fine, so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,fingers crossed...........
At a loss now, exactly the same, Nero crashed and then froze up my PC..........
Thanks to you both for the efforts all the same............
Thx j.b.goode!
