Is there a link where I could have a look at Keith on the SNL 40th Special? Did he play that night? I'm just curious and would like to see it.

No, he didn't play. He did a quick introduction speech for Paul McCartney. Good luck finding a link, seeing as how SNL keeps a tight grip on their material.
