Isn't this fake? I mean they took a mono mix and added reverb and delay to it to create a spatial effect.

We can find these mono to stereo mixes of all the mono-only tracks from the early to mid sixties. There are several programs available that do it automatically.Some results are very good it has to be said but they are fake at the end of the day. The first album, and all tracks recorded at Regent sound London, are mono end-of.
Many of the later 'mono' tracks i suspect may have stereo versions languishing in the vaults. Which ABKCO are probably too lazy to dig out.

Since The Beatles did this with the Red/Blue albums I wouldn't be surprised if The Stones follow suit. I'm up for hearing them in Stereo, although I suspect I'd always prefer Mono. But who knows.
