Wanted: Old Hot Wacks Books / Old Bootleg Catalogues

I am still looking for these vintage bootleg discographies
- Hot Wacks Book Vol. 1, 3, 4 (these are the first books from 1975/1976, I do not need any copies of Hot Wacks Quarterly (magazine) or Hot Wacks Supplements)
and the predecessor publications by Cobra / Galaxy Press
- Bootlegs (March, 1973)
- Underground Sounds (October, 1974)
Books should be in at least vg+ condition.
I am also very interested in any 70s bootleg mail order lists (also in digital format).
Please let me know if you can offer anything, I would appreciate it!
