It's been a while since I watched it but from memory I'd say it was a good performance.
Yea it's a great performance, if I remember right it's mentioned in Keith's ''Life'' as a particularly good show.
''Midnight Rambler'' from this show is also included in excellent quality on the fan club-dvd from the Licks-tour.
It's mostly the band members talking about various things, only three complete songs included: Midnight Rambler (Bangalore '03), Angie (unkown '03 show), Boogie Chillen (Atlantic City '89).

Off the top of my head:
2002 Palais Royale - Incomplete pro-shot from the warm-up gig.
2002 Philadelphia Veterans Stadium - Pro-shot video with decent audience sound from VGP-tape.
2003 Bangalore - Pro-shot aired on Indian television, sound is not so good with lots of tape hiss.
2003 Toronto Downsview Park - Complete pro-shot, boring performance.
