REQUEST: German Girls 1999 on Coast-to-Coast label

Understand from Interent sources that this is the best source for the STUTTGART 1999 concert. It was posted on IORR way back but the hyperlinks no longer work.
Original rear artwork suggests that part of this concert was is stereo and part was in mono which would imply Soundboard recording.
FLAC files pretty please.
