The reason why I asked where you live is that I do not send outside Europe anymore...
I have had serious problems in the past with customs while sending some CDs to the US.
Mail inside Europe doesn't go through customs, outside Europe it does.
One of my parcels to the US, containing 4 CDs, was intercepted and they retraced it to me and I had to pay a fine of some 1.000 Euro! (copyright infringement, from bootlegs!!!!!)
So I'm sorry that I cannot help you; I can't take the risk....
Hopefully someone from North-America will step forward and help you out.
