POST: Ron WOOD & Totta's Bluesband Serie: Vol 05 - 04th & 06th May 1988 - TV programs

27th April - 11th May 1988:
RON WOOD & TOTTA’S BLUESBAND.
Scandinavian ‘Knock On Wood’-Tour.

This series is devoted to the Scandinavian Tour of Ron Wood where he was accompanied by Totta’s Bluesband.
Thanks to nzb who provided us his recordings, to Jaap (Stonesmuziekfan) who gave critic and advise regarding my work and to my friend Riccardo (MrNo).
………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Volume 05:
04th & 06th May 1988
Stockholm (Sweden)

Line-up: RW (gtr, voc)/Totta Naslund (voc)/Bengt Blomgren (gtr)/Nikke Strom (bass)/Olle Niklasson (sax)/Gunnar Petersson (dr)/Bernt Andersson (keyb, voc, harm)

This volume comes from video rippings.
The first part comes from the TV program “Birka Princess” recorded on the 6th May 1988 for Swedish TV and telecast on TV1 on the 17th September 1988.
The second part comes from “Nightflight”, recorded on the 4th May 1988 and telecast on the 08th & the 15th May on TV Scandinavia.
These programs consist of interviews and music, so I decided to separate them in different sequences for the ones who only want to listen to the music (or only want to listen to the interviews)
I tried to upgrade them by deleting gaps and defaults and amplifying the sound (in particuliar in the music sequences).
I had two versions for “Birka Princess”: I kept the lossless version: but the lossy version had a sound slightly better, in particuliar in “Black Limousine”, so I decided to also keep the lossy version as bonus at the end of this volume.
Please note that the “Nightflight” programs are coming from VHS tapes.
A first extract of the show was telecasted on 08th May, only with “Black Limousine” and an announcement for the more aired in the next week. So the second part was telecasted on 15th May: I had two versions for this TV program. I kept the one with the best sound quality but because on this version “Just Like I Treat You” had some defaults which were impossible for me to correct, I added also the second version as bonus.

The content:
