step 01: extract audio from dvd
don't worry about 32 or 64 bits, the latest suits both.
visit freemake and
download freemake video converter
or
direct download fvc 4.1.10

could be you are running a windows 32-bit version.
only than you need a 32-bit freemake.
look here to find out:
is my windows 64-bit or 32-bit?
once you know what version (xp, vista etc) and 32 or 64 bit,
go to [http://www.oldapps.com/freemake_video_converter.php]this site[/url]
and choose there the download for your system
this said: i think freemake is too much for your needs.
go for dvd audio extractor
it's easy, quick and reliable.
step 2:
burn audio cd for car
the burning really depends on what your car optical drive can read [mp3, wav, flac, wma etc.]
therefor you have to check the car's manual.
unless your car stereo specifies the format,
mp3 music files burned onto a CD won't play in your car's stereo.
my recommandation:
- check your cars optical drive possibilities
- let dvd audio extract to one of these
- burn the cd this audio format

- finalize disc

For those that have used DVD Audio Extractor in order to make CDs to listen to, what is preferable for best sound when selecting the audio stream to use, LPCM (48kHz 16 bit 2 channel) or English AC3 (48kHz 6ch)?
