Never see, never hear this compilation of the well know session of MJ with the Red Devils.
Seems a homemade compilation: are you sure is not a compil from YouTube files? it can explain that the files are compressed?

Could be homemade or taken from YouTube, don't know.
The Hamster art is bizar but the rest of the art looks familiar.
Directly was thinking of Sister Morphine, and indeed, it is taken from Morph 51.
There are also mistakes in the text lines over the back art,
Some take numbers are not correctly noted.
So, Guess you are right, a home made compilation.
