The mystery of the 1999 Oakland Rehearsals
Searching for rehearsals I found two versions of the « 1999 Oakland Rehearsals »
The first one containt 14 tracks, a very interesting tracklist but the quality is poor. On the bootleg database and NicoZ site a find that they’re from the 22/01/99.
FIRST VERSION : The tracklist is :
01- Live With Me
02- Saint Of Me
03- Paint It Black
04- Shine A Light
05- Fool To Cry
06- I Go Wild
07- I Got The Blues
08- Route 66
09- Around & Around
10- Confessin’ The Blues
11- When The Whips Come Down
12- Jump On Top Of Me
13- Honky Tonk Women
14- Jumping Jack Flash
Note that 2 songs from this rehearsals « Undercover Of The Night « and « Moonlight Mile » are missed but …..they’re on the great Dandelion DL091/092 as bonus so I can easely complete the list.
SECOND VERSION :
Containt the same 14 tracks but with different lenght !! they’re coming from the same source (same diginoises on the same place !!!)
It containt also 4 bonus that seems a soundcheck not bad quality but probably without Mick Jagger (voices by the Lisa Fisher and Bernard Fowler)

04 – The Popcorn (J.B.s) & Route 66
On my artwork bank I found for this 2 cds the same artwork : « Oakland Rehearsals’99 » RS n°33 and on one is the logo from Rattlesnake and n°33 (but this one seems added by someone)
Can someone help me to know:
1 - if it’s really a Rattlesnake product (I got a big doubt because of the poor quality)
2 - if it’s RS 33 wich of the 2 cdr is the good one
3 – from where the bonus are coming from !
The reward will be that I post them before upgraded a little (choosing the best version etc….)

RS 032/33 Crosby Stills Nash & Young SWEET CHARLOTTE

like with my brixton95 soundcheck, tracks 1-14 were also recorded by me through a keyhole of a door, when I was there to check things out.

of course it has nothing to do with the great sounding tracks from the bootleg release. it was just by chance that 2 people recorded that day.

Thank you all...... now all is clear.
Two cdrs exist with the Oakland rehearsals taping by "falo1" and as I was thinking they're nothing to do with Rattlesnake. For an unknow reason a trader put a wrong Rattlesnake logo on the back cover and added the soudcheck of Sacramento:"the ways of the boots are impenetrable"
Anyway I will try to do a compilation with the best passages
