I don't remember hearing Billy's songs. Also, this sounds like two sources. It's definitely Washington, but Mick's voice is either on the verge of laryngitis on some tracks and smack dab in the middle of laryngitis on others.
They played Philly 29/30 June and Largo 01/02 July.
