ISO: Brussels 1973 2nd show

Hi there,

does anyone have an audience recording of the second Brussels 1973 show and could share it? Unfortunately I do only have the tracks of the official SBD release of that show.

Many thanks in advance.

Hard to find?
I don't have this 2nd show.
A copy is most welcome ofcourse.

I thought the Rattlesnake recording was the second show, but that means that it (and the other show) most likely would not be allowed to be uploaded, since the Archives release was a combination of the two, right?
Or am I missing something?

I thought the 1st archive release(of the 6 the Stones released a couple years ago)was the 2nd Brussels 73 show....

The official Brussels SBD was mostly the 2nd show but there are three or four songs from Brussels 1st. Also the recording is shortened by cutting out the audience bits between the songs.

AFAIK there is no "audience" recording of the 2d show.
I believe the Back To the Graveyard versions on OBR and DAC are soundboards from Brussels 2d and other European shows.

Here are Erik's comments:

HE ROLLING STONES - BACK TO THE GRAVEYARD
(Dogs And Cats 113)
LINEAGE:
Original DAC CD -> WAV (EAC v. 0.95 beta 4 - secure, Offset "actual") -> FLAC (flacfrontend, level 6) -> You
DATE/VENUE:
Soundboard compilation from the European Tour 1973
QUALITY:
Track 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 = Perfect Mono !
Track 5 / 12 = Excellent Mono
Track 6 - 11 = Very Good Mono
PERFORMANCE:
Fantastic !
Midnight Rambler from London.... (known as the "oxygen-mask"-version [Jagger says "is there an oxygen mask in here" 9 minutes into the song] ) is among the best live perormances of any Stones songs, IMO
The 3 tracks from Newcastle are top notch....to say the least; and so is "Dancing With Mr D"
When it comes to Brussels.....it's comparable with the famous 1st show that day of course, but it's still really good
COMMENTS:
The quality is not too different from the OBR release, for the Newcastle/London and Frankfurt tracks.
However I find the Brussels songs to be smoother and better sounding. The OBR release featured these songs in stereo, while they come in mono here. But by using the best channel, DAC removed some of the hiss; and improved it ever so slightly, IMO

For those that downloaded my torrent of this DAC on Hungercity.....you can't help seed here, I'm afraid. Because I ripped the CD once again today, since I had tagged the tracks incorrectly in my previous torrent, over there. In this torrent here on DIME, I have also included scans of the entire artwork (didn't have a scanner nearby before today)

basically same sources to compare, which makes "comparing" a bit difficult...but you were dead on about the extra hiss in the stereo version....the stereo would be nice, but of course the hiss is semi-significant on those tracks....I also found the brown sugar source on THIS version doesn't seem as oversatted as the other...both very good, but a slightly cleaner listen on those tracks as well......another recycled/donated stones boot, when will it end LOL Big Thanks!!!!! m

Yeah, I noticed that too
BTW, if you compare "Birmingham Remaster 1973" (IMP) with "Birmingham Odeon" (DAC), you'll notice something of the same thing. The IMP release is overloaded, while DAC is not. However - the "overloaded" IMP release has it's advantages as well, so I'm not saying that one is better than the other, in that case
But for Back To The Graveyard.....DAC beats OBR, ever so slightly.
