I might be able to help. How much does a little 3x5 envelope typically cost to send from the U.S. to Germany?

The last CD in a Jiffy, I got sent from the US, cost $1.70
no customs, no tax....and certainly no $36 freakin' dollaress

Some internet-based sellers, small and large, make a chunk of their profit on shipping. A couple of companies I work with have products that sell for $20....which is quite amazing as they cost close to that to manufacture...then they charge $20 to $30 to ship, though the cost to ship is around $5.
