Looks like a rehash to me: tracks from the first two boxes with some added tracks (and two interviews). The unknown track on disc 1 turns out to be Shades Of Orange by The End.

Nothing new. The majority of it is simply stuff from Midnight Beat Vol I & II, but with takes marked individually.
The run of Citadel takes 1 - 24 on this Vol III mock up is taken from the Requests And Requires release.

Lower quality source than the Citadel takes 20 - 34 found on the original Vol I Midnight Beat Satanic Sessions.
