Posted by: EddieByword ()
Date: January 31, 2011 02:30

As my subject header says I'm searching for these shows, if anyone has any to post or trade it would be good to hear....I did read on here that they are mostly uncirculated.....with El Mocombo '77 & a good few others I'm sure that's true but hopefully not true in every case...as I say I'm happy to trade by post if that's what's needed, O.K.Thanks...Eddie.......

At least your not looking for to much! Why not throw in the two London shows complete from 12-69 as well?

1-30-03 Phoenix was posted by U2stonesfan in Sept. 2007 but the links are dead!
Boston 1-12 was posted by Marko last September but those links are also dead!

Thanks very much Blakeeik, that's much appreciated....I've seen your list before...what did pass me by though was the fact there are links to individual shows attached....the only thing is I've just tried about 10 links and they are all dead...no matter, thanks for the info about dates & titles anyway, Cheers, Eddie

Hey!
First of all - you can forget these shows:
Aarhus 9.9.1970
Aarhus (both shows) 1973
they do NOT exist - for sure!

Acording to Jesper (JumpinjeppeFlash) only a few songs is available from Oslo 2007.
Jesper says that he has up. Gothenburg 2007, but I cant find it:
I know that Pelle has it on disc.

I have a recording from Sydney but "my" date is 22.6.03 - I might have writen wrong- mayby it is 22. - I,ll check that out.

Copenhagen 1990 is avaib. in 3 versions and diff. sources _ 1 incomplete with 14 nr. very good qu, 1 full in mp.3 128kbs - the sound is ok but quit distant.
The one and onle VERY good (EX.) version in flac is from Marko,s remaster.
One of the very best rec. from Urban Jungle.
I,m gonna re-upload this now, with big thanx to The Master Marko!!

Thanks a lot....How is your Sydney ? I have have it but mine is quite tinny...any upgrades always appreciated if you think it's worth it and you have the time of course, cheers again, Eddie............oh...
I found Jespers Gothenburg 2007...he says there are only two files ..one for each disc and asks if someone can split them into the individual songs...I'm afraid I don't have the expertise to do this otherwise I would.....anyone else with the time and knowhow ?...[www.iorr.org] ...ah...
I've just discovered that I have D/L this but didn't burn because it's only in two files.......so forgot I had it......

I dont think my Sydney is better . I,ll rate it 6-7/10 - its in mp3 192kbs.
Have you solved your problem with Gothenburg? Whats the problem - is there no split between the tracks? (pause between the tracks?)

cheers Bo

O.K. thanks for that about Sydney.....No I didn't solve the track splitting thing..it's not that there's no pause or even that you'd want a pause, it's that there are no track marks between the songs...whereas normally you might put a disc in the CD player and it would tell you how many tracks 10, 12,14 or whatever...well when you put the Gothenburg in although there are 12 or so songs each 5 minutes long (or so) the CD player only recognises one track over an hour long..... you get the same problem when downloading from sugarmegs...great stuff but all in one file....(Even more problematic over there because some of their shows are one file and over 2 hours long so you can't burn them at all...only play on the computer via Media player)...Just in case you don't know about Sugarmegs here it is....Just SEARCH Rolling Stones or whoever else you like....[www.sugarmegs.org] ...a lot of stuff there......

About Gothenburg: I,ve dl. it this night - I understand the problem.
I can solve the problem by burning it down on one of my standalone-recorders and insert marks.
I will convert it to flac and try to do something about that awfull sound ( I think it is tapped under water by a u-boat!).
After doing that I,ll upload it here - but I.m not sure I,ll make before the end of this week.
I,ll do my best!

Hey Hedegaard...obviously I don't want to speak out of turn here but from what Jesper (Edited) wrote before on his upload of Gothenburg 2007 I wouldn't think he'd have a problem with you re-uploading after doing a bit of work on it Esp. the track splitting because he does ask if someone would like to do it...on this post....[www.iorr.org] ....he says...>>>>>>>>It´s NOT a good recording but it´s better than nothing. The recording contains of two files, maybe someone can split them.<<<<<<<<<<<....(Obviously I'm hoping you still can do the splitting when you have time)..Cheers, Eddie

Hmmm, think you're being messed with there. If there are soundboards, or any recordings at all, of the Auburn shows it's news to a whole lot of people. Of course I'd be delighted to be proven wrong.

Are you talking about the Whoopee Cat release? I think I remember seeing that one at a Pennsylvania record show in the early 1990s. EXTREMELY rare & quite expensive if I recall correctly.
