Hi everybody,
Erik Snow has asked me to EQ this one. I also did phase correction, pitch correction ( it was running tad too fast ), level correction ( Soundforge 10.0 Pro ). I think it is better now. I pretty much got rid of that ugly frequencies that were bothering Falo. I have made the new checksum and all with TLH.
Now check for yourself.

IMO, the SBD recording from this show is quite dull sounding. But this audience recording is not! ERIK SNOW

Sorry man, i can`t do it now.I have too many other things to do.But do not worry something even better is coming soon. Falo has matrixed my remaster of audience and soundboard recording.He has send it for another, final EQ and it`s almost finished. So that matrix shall be shared soon. As all my stuff it will be premiered on Hunger City and after week or so it will be shared here and on demonoid,too.
If someone else has the time to upload it,he is welcome.

Anyway the first version doen't sounds AUD rec to my ears (on computer) : imo it's still sbd or a mix sbd/aud ...

I know you're asking Falo, but -
it really doesn't sound like a SBD rec to me, but it doesn't really sound like an AUD rec either, so imagined to be a "AUD rec from stage" or something, at least the taper had a great position, right in front of the speakers. Maybe a 1st row capture?

Or maybe one of them "AUD rec" Rolling Stones themselves made in Paris 1976, to use in-between tracks for more atmosphere? It's really good, though, no matter what it is.

I just listened to it on my computer (weak sound) so i coudn't be sure ...
Anyway you're right, this is great stuff, maybe the best 1976 show (on DVD, Keef is really "in" !)

Captain Acid, you do some fine work my good man!!

This 'In the Boulevards of Paris' is bloody good; much more lively than the soundboard ('Aux Printemps')

I got the 7th June show also, 'Vive La France' and it is fantastic - only thing taking away from it is the white noise on CD 1, CD 2 is more or less perfect stero soundboard. The band played very well that night also!

Thanks v. much for the great work on 'Boulevards' - a treat for fans of the '76 tour!
