OT - Help Capturing Streaming Audio

I really want to put this concert on my iPod, but do not have clue one on how to do it. I looked at all the bootleg sites, but none of them had this concert. Could someone tell me how to do this? I would be forever grateful!

Well, I can't help you; but I can see the reason for your quest(-ion).
Damn cool sound, these guys have...

They do Hyde Park this Saturday, don't they?

Anybody who will be there: enjoy this one.

[audacity.sourceforge.net]

This software will capture any audio being played on your PC.

It's like the old days of taping when you actually listen to the track and record it.

You can then convert the audio to MP3 (using audacity) to listen to on your iPod.

...Wow! I GOT Audacity; I work with it to transfer WAV's to MP3's, cut & fade intro's & outro's on live songs, adjust power & volume, etc. (all very basic stuff) - but I didn't know it could do THAT!?

How does that work, then?! (I do notice the 'record'-button on the 'dashboard'...)

You may have to alter some settings....but before you do record......

Here's my settings.....

I had to alter the tabs for some of these things .....can't remember which ones though!

Windows Direct, Primary Sound Driver, Stereo Mix.
