Anyone Know How to Transfer DVR to DVD?

I need to do this for the PPV show. Maybe someone has already posted on this, but would appreciate any suggestions anyone can give. Thanks.

I use the RCA cables (red, yellow and white) to my recording device.
Going OUT from the back of the DVR, to IN the recording unit.
Then change the input on the tv until the pic comes up. Hit record.
This is assuming you have the main source going to the TV from the DVR.

But if you are using a recent version of windows you may already have Windows DVD Maker installed which I believe will do the job.

Although I think you'll find some loss of quality if you start converting the file format.

I use AVS video converter 8 - (www.avs4you.com) it wasn't free but I have used it for years
