I have an extra copy (2nd edition which seems to be rare, don't know why), but unfortunately in that one, the last pages are missing (131 - 140)...

That thing is expensive...I have the French version and the second part is loose, I wonder if I can find someone to fix it up for me.

True, but it's in the USA and this thing is so fragile I'm not sure in what kind of condition it would arrive!
