From the "Never End" bootleg, which I had borrowed some time ago.
Cd-R > Wave Files with NERO 7 > Flac 6 with Trader's Little Helper ( no need for sector alignment )
No artwork, but you can find it here:

slightly different running order of the tracks on the boot, so you better look into the "liederblüte" link!
