Audio Mix from downloaded DVDs
Posted by: maradona ()
Date: October 7, 2010 20:32

Good evening!

As I really like the audience and pro-shot DVDs which I downloaded here I would love to do what Jörg recommanded to me and turn some of them into a audio recording but I don't know how to seperate the audio sad smiley

Could you please help me? I know the possibility with the stereo-mix but that would mean I have to play every DVD from beginning to end completely. Are there other ways?

Cheers, Diego

what show you need?

East-Berlin 1990. But all in all the Live at the Max DVD (of course I didn't download this one here, my father bought it) and Nijmegen 2007(downloaded here). Do you know in general how to rip the audio from a DVD?

Thanks,

Diego

Well, than I think it won't work on Win7 as well sad smiley I downloaded a program called "Free DVD MP3 Ripper" now, but it will take time to know how to work with this I think so I'm really glad if you know other ways.

Thanks a lot, Jörg!!!

To be honest: no

Sorry. If I translate it into German it is supposed to be a cdr burner which is working for itself, isn't it?

(In my case I have the cd burner together with the DVD and Blu-Ray burner in one part).

Aber was ist "standalone"?
(What does "standalone" mean?)

Standalone burner burns only AUDIO USE only cdr´s.Not the ones we use on computer.
Theres 2 reasons i use these.
1.sound quality is better
2.they last a lot longer

only - is that, they cost a lot more than standard cdr.

Thanks for the information! I always got an A- or B-Level in English at school, but with this specific and technical vocabulary... eye popping smiley

I downloaded some rip-programs and will try them at the week-end. Can I contact you again next week if it doesn't work?

Many thanks,

Diego

Ach so!

Sorry folks, but sometimes you have to use your native language to explain something different more easier.
Now it' s time for english again.

Danke!

And also sorry from me, but you know there are sometimes problems of understanding the technical vocabulary because it doesn't make any sense if you translate some words directly into your mother tongue.

Good night and thanks a lot, Marko, for your help and also to you Jörg for interpreting and helping!!!

Is this DVD posted here? Would be great to see a performance of All About You and She's a Rainbow.

Cheers,

Diego

I went to these web sites and all I could find that may work is an audio extractor that converts to MP3. Since MP3 is poor quality I didn't use it. One website took me to AVS which is great for many things but it does not rip audio from a DVD. Years ago I had DVD AUDIO RIPPER but it no longer works on my newer Windows. I'd love to have a rip of the Biggest Bang DVD from Rio in flac/Wav.
