A friend of mine played in a cover band of Stones and tonight will perform in a TV studio in a contest between cover band.
The program will be broadcast in streaming on the web, someone can suggest what program can I use for recording?

It depends on how they are streaming it, but Replay Media Cathcher is as good as any.
Or listen to it through your speakers and record it in Audacity or another sound recording software.
