theatre show - very good audience recording (soundboard ?)

During the 1982 european tour the rolling stones played only a few club shows. Just started the tour they played at edinburgh playhouse theatre in , scotland. the crowd was crazy and the band played energic and free. first time we can hear live the blues "chantilly lace". enjoyable gig !!

have you compared this one with Flowers of Scotland?

Updating: just found a review and seems the SODD 040-041 , Edinburgh 82, is an improvement of both Flowersofscot and Babyletsplay.

Yesterday I compaired 4 sources

VGP and SODD I believe to be of the same source (SNB )

I my opinion the VGP version is the best and that's why I put this one up.
Maybe this is a matter of taste ?

Just to correct an error in the title(s). This show was at the Edinburgh Playhouse which still exists. Green's Playhouse was in Glasgow and was renamed the Apollo after a refurbishment in the early 70's (a legendary venue and where I saw the Stones' '82 tour warm up the night before they played Edinburgh). It has since been demolished; a sad loss to Scottish rockers.
