Sometimes I run into this problem as well.
Than downloading them after a while and there's nothing wrong.
Since you're the only one having this problem I guess there must be something wrong at your end.
I will make a new upload as soon as my pc problems are solved.
I start thinking this might be a result of my pc problems.
Sorry to say, but I have the same failures.
I haven't the original disc, but got it in a download.
Guess the uploader hadn't noticed either.
the link for cd 1 is working, but cd 2 id deleted.

I discovered this upload just before going to walk the dogs.
Am going to download myself today and hope to solve the problems in disc 1.

It's kinda funny to see fans or "fans" sloooooooooooooooowly reassessing the tours (usually 20 or 30 years after they took place... yes we're that slow) to finally discover that hum yes they weren't that bad. In fact they were as good as in 1969 if not better.
It happened to 75 78 and now 81. And don't repeat it the boyz played great shows in 82 too (June 30 comes to mind).
1982? It was only 29 years ago so it's probably too early for a positive reassessment

Its just personal taste for me but 81 was my least fav tour prior to the Rolling Stones And.. (89 forward) tours. 72/73 is still king to me but I think it has something to do with what age you were. THat magic age of 16-21!! I notice alot of fans that claim 81 as their fave fell into to same age category there. Just a theory!!
