Hey, is there a complete video (or part of a DVD) from Before they make me run on the ABB-Tour available? I'm glad with every information so please post if you know something. I only know about the version from Milano 2006 and there is a video from Nice 08/08/06 but unfortunately it's incomplete on youtube although it was in my opinion one of the best versions ever played...
Do you have the DVD from Stuttgart or Amsterdam? Or does somebody know who to talk for this? I was at Stuttgart and it sounds very amazing that there exists a DVD. Amsterdam would also be great!!!
But: Who to talk for those? Can't wait for an answer...
Thanks a lot for the information
Diego

this means unbootlegged, and likely shelved forever. They were filmed for the biggest bang, but they went with Austin instead. May I ask why you'd like it from this specific tour?
The reason is that Before they make me run is my absolutely favorite song and Stuttgart 2006 was my first Rolling Stones concert. I really like the ABB-Tour and in my opinion it was one of the best but that's just MY opinion.
Before they make me run is on the setlist since the Steel Wheels/Urban Jungle Tour (I think) and the versions of the ABB-Tour are the best. 1989/1990: horrible performances of it (too slow), Voodoo-Lounge-tour: better because of the horns but Keith was not really good, Bridges to Babylon-tour: Ok, horns loud enough, Licks-tour: I'm not a fan of this tour, Ronnie not good on this song
So in my opinion the best versions of Before they make me run are from ABB and I like this song best with the chorus for two times after the first verse and with a long guitar solo at the end.
Do you think it is impossible to find out if somebody has the DVD from Stuttgart or Amsterdam? What about Zürich or Porto?
Thanks a lot

First, this would have been a better post for Talk (at least in my mind). Second, I got this information from The Complete Works which is a fantastic website with A TON of information. There are shows from nearly every tour which were professionally filmed, with the intention of release. Most of these have not been leaked, or not in their entirety (example MSG 1969, only official releases).
